Many of us have websites made on WordPress software which is a really awesome CMS to power a place on web which can be more advanced to be called just a 'blog'. But after our reading of many forums, we come to the conclusion that WordPress users are really vexed about one feature of WordPress, that is that comments are default enabled on pages in WordPress which means that when you'll publish a page on your WordPress website, users would be able to comment on that page. Well, this looks highly unprofessional, especially if you have a business website or a sophisticated personal profile website made on WordPress because mostly business websites contain a separate 'Contact Us' page and this looks certainly unprofessional that even though there are comments enabled on pages, still there is a separate contact page so users would be be able to contact you by commenting on your page. If you want to know how to disable comments for pages (or posts) on your WordPress powered website then just follow the following steps:

1) Log in to your WordPress website.

2) Edit the page you want to disable comments on.

3) Now once you are on the page editing screen, click the Screen options.

4) Now tick the Discussion box, if it is already ticked move to the next step.

5) Now scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you'll see a newly-appeared set of options like this one:

6) Untick both the options:

7) Publish the page.

CONGRATS! You just disabled comments for a page of your WordPress website. This is to be done with all pages individually but as usually most folks don't make lots of pages on their site so its not a difficult thing. Edit all your pages separately and apply these steps to them.

This is the generation of the World Wide Web. Everything, every business, every hobby, every interest, every person  (almost, excluding your grandparents unless they are really modern like those of some lucky people among us), every attraction and everything, like everything is in few ways or more ways related to the Web.

The Web consists of interlinked hypertext documents that are accessed via the Internet. The creation of webpages is what requires a little knowledge about Hypertext Markup Language or in simpler words HTML, and though this coding system is not so difficult but still beginners find it often difficult and hard to learn.

Many of us sometimes visit such webpages where a text is shown saying like 'You are going to be redirected to bla bla bla in some seconds' and really you are redirected to another website.
This is a clever work of HTML. But with being clever it is also pretty easy and fun-to-do.
