This tool is basically an extension for popular web-browser by Google, Google Chrome.
The name of this extension is Copy Link Address.
Just follow the following steps, in order to know how you can copy and link's target URL (address) without having to right-click on it and clicking Copy link address, but note that this tutorial is teaching you to how to do so only in a specific web-browser which is Google Chrome.
