Mozilla Firefox Hidden Easter Eggs

Previously, we shared a list of hidden easter eggs on Google search engine, remember...? Read the ultimate list of Google search engine's hidden easter eggs.

Today we are going to share a though really small but still awesome list of Mozilla Firefox's hidden easter eggs.

What are Easter Eggs...?

An Easter egg is an intentional inside joke, hidden message, or feature in a work such as a computer program, video game, movie, book, or crossword. According to game designer Warren Robinett, the term was coined at Atari by personnel who were alerted to the presence of a secret message which had been hidden by Robinett in his already widely distributed game, Adventure. The name has been said to evoke the idea of a traditional Easter egg hunt.

Easter Eggs in Mozilla Firefox

1) The Book of Mozilla

Type about:mozilla in the address bar of Mozilla Firefox and see what happens (we are not going to bump your fun by posting a screenshot of it).

2) Inside Firefox

Type chrome://browser/content/browser.xul in the address bar and see what happens. ;)

3) Robots!

Type about:robots in the address bar of Mozilla Firefox and see what happens! Gort! Klaatu barada nikto!

Press the Try Again button

After you have viewed the Robots easter egg, try pressing the Try Again button twice on that page, it would vanish!

4) Credits

Type about:credits in the address bar and you'll eventually realize that Firefox is not built up by a team or twelve or thirteen people but it is made up by a list of hundreds of folks.
