Degoo - 100 GB Free Online Backup

Today we have written a review of a cool online backup service that is in its beta mode nowdays and we have found this service pretty awesome to be honest! Note that previously we also wrote reviews of two other cloud storage websites, of MediaFire and SolidFiles, but unlike these sites this service we are talking about is like DropBox and it is to be downloaded.

First of all you'll have to go to Degoo's website by clicking here, sign up there and then download the application. (Its installer was sized 21.8MB)

We discovered this service just by reading an article about it on another website and then we made an account on it and used it properly, by uploading some stuff and then downloaded that stuff that we uploaded in order to experience its whole use and we found it as easy as ABC.

Steps to install and use Degoo:

1) As soon the installer of Degoo is downloaded, double-click it and open and it would automatically start installing itself without you needing to do anything and then a dialogue box would open where you'll have to sign in:

2) So after clicking the Log in button you'll see something like the following, just click the 'Choose first backup folder' button and choose the folder you want to backup:

3) Now you'll see the invite menu, here you can invite your friends either by searching your Email address book or by link. Actually you'll be provided with a link by Degoo that you'll have to share with your friends on a social network or your blog and then when a person signs up completely to Degoo using that link of yours you'll get free 200GB space!

So, now the backup of that folder you selected would be in process, so just relax and use your PC as you normally would!

You can click the cross at the top of this window, or click the link 'Show my backup's progress' to know how much time your backup's gonna need to be completed. Happy Backuping! :)

OUR REVIEW:

To be very honest, we found their service really good, it didn't take much long while we put a folder for backup just for testing purposes and the application's user interface is also pretty simple and cool. And the guys at Degoo claim that they 'split, encrypt and securely store our files at more than 300 different places around the world. This protects them from even a nuclear bomb.' Woah!

And that means that there is no chance at all that you ever EVER lose any of your files! I mean what if one of your little naughty cousins uses your PC while you are away at gym and succeeds in deleting one of your really REALLY important folders!! Think of that! A folder which was full of your university assignments and pretty significant stuff.
So after installing Degoo, you should act like a wise person and should right away backup the folder in which your most important files are present. That would indeed save them from any disaster.
