If you are living in the same country in which I live, then these apps are not much of a use to you but if you are in a 'weather-chameleon' country like UK, US etc then these apps we are discussing below are really useful to you.
So, in a nutshell, before heading out one of these apps are gonna help you alot:
1) Yahoo! Weather
This app tops the list when it comes to giving you the accurate weather updates and information. So when you are lookin' forward to head take a look at this app, maybe it will suggest you to take an umbrella with you. (Y)

2) Weather HD Free
If you are looking for a visually attractive weather app, then look no further because this cool application named Weather HD Free has it all for you. It has a really beautiful looking interface, you can see the weather being portrayed as the background in the app. It has some cool animations to take your experience to the next level. You can add as many cities as you want to the app, and swiping through the screen should let you see the weather for the individual cities.

3) Radar Now
3rd on our list is a nifty little weather app called Radar Now. If you don’t fancy those cool apps with the potentially bloated features, then you want Radar Now. It contains a beautifully simple interface that shows you the radar in your area and weather upon request.
So basically it really is a minimal app. We promise you that there are no screens to swipe through or things to look at, just a big ole radar waiting for you when you open it. To know the weather situation, click the cloud button at the top and it’ll show you the weather. Andt there isn’t even a widget. So if you want something small and out of the way, this is your best bet. If that’s what you’re looking for, use the button below to download it.

4) AccuWeather
Next up is a weather service that we’re all familiar with, AccuWeather. It’s a well-known and generally trusted service for the most part and the app isn’t all that bad either. It comes with the standard features, like radar, hourly forecasts, weekly forecasts, and more. You can also pay to remove those irritating adverts.

5) Weather Bug
In the cosmos of Android, WeatherBug Elite qualifies as a relic. It’s been around since the good old days of Android 1.5 and 1.6 and it’s still around. The impressive part is it is still among the best weather apps out there. It has all your standard features, like hourly and weekly forecasts, and radars.
It’s still a rather powerful weather app but if you were enjoying the paid version (which is no longer in the Google Play Store), you may be justifiably angry that the Elite version is no longer supported.
