We all have this habit (especially lazy slobs like me), that what do we use Wikipedia for...? When we get a homework assignment for school or we need to know something, eh...?
But we should grow out of this habit of ours because we should remember that Wikipedia is run by people like us, and that many folks like us, young or mid-age know their responsibility and continuously edit the Wikipedia to make 'lazy ones' like us enjoy and jjust read.
So Wikipedia ain't just about reading. But we all should also contribute to it, not by donating our money (if you have got plenty of then you should go for it too!) but just by opening articles that are not updating from long time and editing them to make them fresh, by posting reference links, and images. You can only post images in Wikipedia when you have edited atleast 10 articles and you are a 'confirmed user'.
Go to http://wikipedia.org, open the articles which are based on topic you know most about, and start editing. You don't even need to log in! But if you make an account on Wikipedia it will be a better thing for you as Wikipedians get more features than people who are anonymous.
